The Connect Region Management Team, or CoReMa for short, is elected every year during the Connect Conference. After the elections, the candidate team is trained by the previous team for 2 months.
CoRe Regional Coordinator – Lennart Carmans
Responsible for external relations of the region with other IAESTE committees and third parties. Additionally, is responsible for chairing CoReMa and Representatives meetings.
CoRe Vice-Regional Coordinator – Vaëa Tesan
Responsible for supporting the management team and ensuring smooth internal operations and communication. Maintains continuity within the CoReMa Team, facilitates coordination between member countries and CER, ensures effective knowledge transfer.
CoRe PR & Marketing Coordinator – Amy Calleja 
Responsible for public relations, such as creating promotional materials for regional events, activities and increase awarness of CoRe. As well as promoting and communicating with the countries in and outside the connect region.
CoRe Workshop Coordinator – Anne Strømsnes
Responsible for managing the Joint Workshop Leader Pool in collaboration with CER, recruiting new Junior and Senior Workshop leaders, organizing Workshops for Conferences, as well as managing the Workshop feedback system.
CoRe Forum & Projects Coordinator – Vacant
Responsible for managing and supporting the running projects in CoRe and for recruiting participants and leaders for existing and new projects. Also organizes forums in CoRe and finds participants and leaders for existing and new workshops, or forums.
CoRe Event Coordinator – Elina Mathiesen
Responsible for overseeing the organization of the Connect Conference, supporting the host country, and arranging adequate advertising for conferences in cooperation with the PR Coordinator.
