From February 20 to 22, the IAESTE Central European community came together in Adamov, near Brno, for the 10th edition of LEAP. Organized by the IAESTE Czech Republic team, this milestone event combined learning, collaboration, and cultural exchange in a dynamic and welcoming environment.

A Focus on Improving IAESTE
At the heart of 10th LEAP was a dedicated case study session centered on improving IAESTE internship processes. Participants worked closely together, exchanging experiences from their local committees and exploring practical ways to enhance both the quality and accessibility of internships.
The discussions encouraged active participation and critical thinking, allowing ideas to evolve through collaboration. With members coming from different backgrounds, the workshop reflected a wide range of perspectives, highlighting both shared challenges and innovative solutions across the region.
Learning Through Sharing
Beyond the main case study, the event created an open space for participants to learn from one another. Conversations extended beyond sessions, with informal discussions often continuing throughout the day. This exchange of knowledge and experience played a key role in strengthening cooperation within the network.
Evenings Full of Connection
Just as important as the sessions themselves were the social moments that brought participants closer together. The quiz night on Friday and National Night on Saturday offered opportunities to connect in a relaxed setting, share cultures, and build friendships across borders.
These moments created a strong sense of community, turning the event into more than just a learning experience.
Exploring Together
The post-conference tour in Brno provided participants with the chance to explore the local surroundings and spend more time together outside of the formal program. It was a fitting way to conclude the event, leaving everyone with shared memories and strengthened connections.

Thank You, IAESTE Czech Republic
