Central European Region (CER) is a group of countries and lc’s located in Central and Eastern Europe working together on common projects and organizing a couple of conferences each year.
CER currently consists of 8 Full member countries (Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia) and 2 Associate member countries (Macedonia, Turkey). Apart that, also 3 local committees from Germany take part in our activities. It’s LC Munich, LC Dresden and closing with LC Jena being the newest member to join us in February 2018! LC Jena consists of 8 active volunteers and is part of IAESTE Germany.
So what does it mean to be part of our region? You get a fixed amount of places at both of our conferences (CEC, LEAP). You can join any of our working groups or meetings and propose your ideas for brand new international projects. Or you can become one of us (CER Management Team) and work with international people from all around the Europe!
Are you from a country or local committee that’s not part of CER and you would be interested to know more about all of this? Or are you a person with any idea for an international project we could help you with? Let us know at [email protected]!
